Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Pathfinder Travellers, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to accommodate such changes as fairly and transparently as possible. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel, reschedule, or request a refund for services booked through our platform.

Cancellations:
Customers may cancel their bookings by contacting us via email at hello@pathfinderstravellers.com at least [7 days] prior to the scheduled date of travel or service. Depending on the type of service booked and the timing of the cancellation, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. If the cancellation request is made after the cutoff period or if the service is explicitly marked as non-refundable, no refund will be issued. In rare cases of force majeure—such as natural disasters or government restrictions—Pathfinder Travellers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking and will offer either a refund or a credit toward future services, as appropriate.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Please note that certain transaction or administrative fees may be deducted from the refund, and these will be clearly communicated at the time of booking or cancellation. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, last-minute cancellations that fall outside the eligible period, or services that were booked under non-refundable terms.

Exchanges and Rescheduling:
If you wish to reschedule or exchange your booking (for example, to change the travel date or service type), you must notify us at least [3 days] in advance. All exchanges are subject to availability and any vendor-specific policies. We allow one-time rescheduling at no extra cost, though additional changes may incur a service fee. Our team will do its best to accommodate your needs while ensuring minimal disruption to your travel plans.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund:
To initiate any cancellation, exchange, or refund request, please email us at hello@pathfinderstravellers.com with your full name, booking ID, service details, and the reason for your request. Our customer support team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with instructions and status updates.

Exceptions:
Some special deals, third-party services, group tours, or promotional offers may be labeled as final sale or non-refundable. These exceptions will be clearly noted during the booking process. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms before confirming a reservation.
